Brit Fitzpatrick

“Brit Fitzpatrick is the Founder & CEO of MentorMe. MentorMe is building technology that makes it less time-consuming to manage mentoring programs, while also making mentoring relationships more productive and impactful.
As an American Express Top 50<40 in social enterprise, Brit has a demonstrated track record of identifying innovative ways to intersect emerging technology with scalable social impact. Brit has been invited to speak on entrepreneurship; social enterprise; mentorship; and diversity in entrepreneurship and technology at conferences across the U.S. — including Dreamforce, White House Demo Day, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Summit. Her work has been profiled in national media outlets — including GOOD Magazine, Essence, Inc., FastCompany, and Madame Noire. She's a proud honors graduate of Howard University and holds a Master's in digital media marketing from the University of Memphis, where she earned a competitive full scholarship and graduated at the top of her class. A Louisville, KY native, Brit cites her “hometown hero” Muhammad Ali as one her greatest influences."

Sean O’Leary

Sean is the CEO and Co-founder of EdjAnalytics, a Louisville-based data science company that builds proprietary tools focused on helping people improve decision-making. Prior to Edj, Sean was the co-founder and CEO of Genscape, Inc. – a Louisville headquartered organization that offers proprietary data to the global energy markets. O’Leary has been recognized as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year which honors entrepreneurial excellence in vision, innovation, courage, and leadership in building and growing successful businesses. Besides being a two-time INC 500 company, Genscape was also recognized in 2010 as the Best Place to Work among small and medium businesses in Kentucky under his leadership. Sean is a member of the Bluegrass Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), the University of Louisville College of Business Board of Advisors, and serves on the Board of Directors for Restorative Justice of Louisville. O’Leary holds a BBA degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Michigan and is a graduate of the University of Louisville’s first MBA in Entrepreneurship class. in 2016 Sean was recognized as an Endeavor Entrepreneur.

CEO and Founder of SuperFanU

Tendai Charasika

As the CEO of the fast-growing technology company, SuperFanU, Tendai’s leadership responsibilities include guiding the vision, strategy and execution of value creating milestones including: fundraising, talent acquisition, and business development activities. Prior to joining the Louisville-based SuperFanU team in 2014, he was the Executive Director of Greater Louisville Inc.’s (GLI) EnterpriseCorp, the entrepreneurship arm of the region’s leading economic development agency. Prior to that he worked for the fast-growing, entrepreneurial firm, Summit Energy. Tendai is involved on several boards including Venture Connectors, the Louisville Sports Commission and the Fund for the Arts. Tendai holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and an Entrepreneurial MBA, both from the University of Louisville. Tendai has also participated in one of Louisville’s first Startup Weekends with an interesting story of pivots and failures of his team’s ideas.
